- Before you begin: You will need a copy of your driver’s license or passport as Proof of ID to complete this application. You will also need to upload your Proof of Income. For Proof of Income, we will need your last 3 pay stubs for W2 employees. For 1099 or self-employed renters, we will need at least 2 out of the 3 income verification options. These options consist of last year’s Tax Return, a current year Profit and Loss Statement, and/or your personal/business account bank statements.
